These Diamond Indenters are manufactured from an Octahedron exceptionally fine diamonds. The assorted diamonds are super lapped with exact angle with radius on tip. This ensures that there are rarely any errors, when it comes to results.
Rockwell Indenter– The super lapped diamonds with an included 120° angle and tip radius 0.2mm with close tolerance gives Higher Standards & longer life.
Vickers Indenter– The highly polished super lapped diamond with a square base pyramid with an angle of 136° that forms a square indent.

Only one cutting edge is presented to the grinding wheel. We manufacture this Dressing tools with synthetic “A” Grade & Natural Diamond points only. Carat size of this Diamonds depends on the diameter & width of the grinding wheel. The proper selection of size and quality appropriate for a given application requires qualified and experienced judgment. The lower the feed rate, the finer the surface finish.
